Included in the ticket price is a hosted pre-reception, a three course sit down dinner, the Awards ceremony, a tribute book, and the after party at Preston’s in the Loews Hollywood. The event is black tie. Valet parking is available through the entrance of the Loews Hollywood Hotel for $20 or self-parking is available at the Hollywood and Highland parking complex, a short walk from the hotel, for $15.
The hosted pre-reception and red carpet will open at 5:00pm, and the the sit down dinner and Awards show will begin immediately after. Following the Awards show, the after party will be hosted at Preston’s in the Loews Hollywood Hotel.
For out of town guests, the SOC has a discounted room rate at the Loews Hollywood Hotel at $259 per night, plus tax. The room block is extremely limited – either book online at https://aws.passkey.com/go/SOC2018, or by calling 1-855-563-9749 and requesting the Society of Camera Operators Room Block.

Upon arrival, please make your way to the Hollywood Ballroom on the mezzanine level. Please either bring your tickets, delivered through your confirmation email, on your phone or in hard copy, or bring a photo ID to check in and receive your table assignment.
